Poor Happy's young life was marred by spinal deformity caused by tuberculosis when he was a small child. Today he is restored to his "happy" self, resuming the life he was meant to lead.
A bout of tuberculosis left Happy with a gibbous deformity when he was a small boy. Though painless, the deformity kept him from standing straight. Since his Standing Straight surgery, Happy is able to resume the life that had been interrupted. He and his family are now full of hope, knowing they will see him live to his full potential.
